Onion Pockets, or classic “Miami Onion Rolls” are addictive little rolls that were common in the bread baskets at Jewish restaurants like Wolfie’s in Miami Beach and Ratner’s in NYC. While these restaurants are gone, the Miami onion roll tradition lives on at Simply Delicious Bakers.
